My Turn

At the State Fair, I found this little girl sitting under the heat of the sun patiently waiting for her turn at face painting. I thought that her butterfly sticker was enough, but she wanted more color on her face. This was pre-Covid time when a quarter of a million people flocked to the Iowa State Fair.
